Our most recent Community commercial PVC Installation is Globe Arizona Community Pool.
PVC Membrane: The pool basin was in extremely poor condition. However, Redds refurbished the substrate with Natatec 60 mil PVC membrane in addition to the extensive repairs. The membrane is a flexible layer of 60 Mil PVC with an extremely strong inner core of polyester mesh fabric that is custom cut, fitted, seamed, and bonded onsite to ensure a completely watertight pool surface. The installation of a PVC membrane liner system, the City of Globe will never have to worry about re-plastering or fixing chipped paint again, avoiding the expensive cost of yearly maintenance and the threat of a patron suffering an injury. The PVC membrane also was installed on the new water feature splash pad with a PEM underpadding, which gives kids a much softer and slip-resistant surface to run around and play on.
